How to get to Tan-awan Oslob Cebu and see the Whale Sharks

Here we go!

Planning of seeing and swimming with the biggest fish on earth? Well we got it covered here.

Tan-awon Oslob, Cebu is fast getting into the adventure seekers, travelers radars. That's when a group of whale sharks started feeding on the baby shrimps feed to them by the local fishermen. Since then, they stayed in the area and have since become a tourist attraction, not only for the locals but to the international people as well.

The attraction amplified when a blogger featured the the unique bond created between the whale sharks and the fishermen in the area followed by media coverage broadcasted over national media. The rest is history...

Ready na?      Larga na ta!

    1. Hi Bremely,

I am not really sure if there have been changes on the age limit for those who are allowed to view the whale sharks as it's been years since I last went there, but as far as I know, your 6 yrs old can stay on the boat with a life jacket and the older one should be okay to go for a swim.
